Contact Legal Notice Lawyers in Pakistan

For a new legal notice, send a short description of the dispute and the key documents. If you have already received a notice, send the complete notice together with the date and method of service. We review the matter first so the response can be matched to the correct legal route.

Please do not send only a voice note saying “draft a notice”. The names of the parties, transaction, dates, amount or remedy, service address and supporting documents are needed for accurate drafting.

Clients may contact us from anywhere in Pakistan or from abroad. Initial document review can usually be handled electronically, subject to the nature of the matter and identity verification.

For a new legal notice, send

  • your full name and the other party’s correct name;
  • CNIC or company details where relevant;
  • a short chronology with important dates;
  • the agreement, Nikahnama, invoices, title documents or other key papers;
  • receipts, bank transfers, messages or emails supporting the claim;
  • the amount or action you want to demand;
  • the recipient’s correct service address;
  • any deadline, court date or urgent concern.

Do not alter or recreate documents for the notice. Send the best available originals or clear copies and identify anything that is disputed.

If you received a legal notice, send

  • all pages of the notice;
  • the envelope, courier receipt, email or WhatsApp delivery record;
  • the date you actually received it;
  • documents referred to in the notice;
  • your short factual response to each major allegation;
  • any prior settlement, payment or correspondence.

Do not wait until the last day stated in the notice. Some deadlines are negotiable or non-statutory, while others may relate to a genuine legal or contractual requirement. Early review gives more options.

Before contacting us: important practical points

Urgent safety or criminal matters: if there is immediate danger, an ongoing offence or a court deadline, do not rely on a legal notice alone. Contact the appropriate authority and obtain urgent legal advice.

Confidentiality: send only information relevant to the dispute. Avoid sharing passwords, full banking credentials or unrelated sensitive personal data.

No outcome guarantee: a lawyer-drafted notice can improve clarity and strategy but cannot guarantee payment, settlement or compliance.

Service outside Pakistan: cross-border service, foreign parties or proceedings may require additional advice on jurisdiction and method of service.
